Hypertension is associated with five metrics.

An overlap for a given metric is determined based on if [index]percentile for the patient is within the overlap range.
- If there are less then 3 metrics that overlap we render the disease with the label "no significant overlap".
- If there is 3 metrics that overlap we render the disease with the label "some overlap".
- When all 4 metrics overlap we render the disease with the label "significant overlap".
warning
Glycan Youth is repeated twice on the disease profile which is why we render 5 metric graphs but treat overlap as if there are 4.
