Myocardial Infarction is associated with five metrics.
| Metric | Overlap Range | Gender |
|---|---|---|
| Peak 22 (P22) | 0 - 50 | Female |
| Glycan Bisection (B) | 50 - 100 | Male |
| Glycan Shield (S) | 0 - 50 | Male |
| Glycan Youth (G2) | 0 - 50 | Male |
| Glycan Mature (G0) | 50 - 100 | Male |
An overlap for a given metric is determined based on if [index]percentile for the patient is within the overlap range.
- Female gender:
- If one metric overlaps we render the disease with the label "significant overlap" otherwise we display the label - "no significant overlap".
- Male gender:
- If there are less then 3 metrics that overlap we render the disease with the label "no significant overlap".
- If there is 3 metrics that overlap we render the disease with the label "some overlap".
- When all 4 metrics overlap we render the disease with the label "significant overlap".
